Bloomberg incorporates ESG Book's corporate sustainability and climate data

ESG Book, a sustainability data and technology company, stated today that its data on corporate sustainability and emissions disclosures is now available to Bloomberg customers via the Bloomberg Terminal and Data License Subscribers.

ESG Book, formerly Arabesque S-Ray, is a digital tool for managing, disclosing, and analysing ESG data. The business was founded in 2018 as a subsidiary of Arabesque Group, a group of financial technology firms that provide sustainable investment, advisory, and data services.

ESG Book data contains emissions estimates for Scopes 1-3, as well as Temperature Scores, which monitor companies' commitment to limiting warming to 1.5°C by 2050. ESG and climate disclosures for nearly 10,000 companies globally are included in the data provided by ESG Book on Bloomberg.

ESG Book CEO Dr. Daniel Klier stated:

"Demand for high-quality, granular ESG data is soaring across financial markets, driven by investors' growing need to meet regulatory requirements and client demand for greater transparency on non-financial issues." We are excited to offer ESG Book data to Bloomberg Terminal and Data License subscribers, providing clients with high-quality, fully traceable ESG data for improved portfolio management and risk analysis."

Patricia Torres, Bloomberg's Global Head of Sustainable Finance Solutions, added:

"We're thrilled to be expanding our partnership with ESG Book and providing clients with access to even more high-quality data and information."
