Samsung Electronics’ booth at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2023 is introducing a whole new era of inter-device connectivity that features a unique focus on keeping users connected to the environment.
How Samsung is bringing to life their exhibit, which is themed on "Bringing Calm to Our Connected World."
1. Towards a Sustainable Future: Eco-Conscious Innovation for Both People and Products
In September of last year, Samsung released its New Environmental Management Strategy, outlining its approach to addressing the global warming crisis through cutting-edge technologies, such as ultra-low-power semiconductors and environmentally friendly product development, as well as its objective of becoming carbon neutral by 2050.
At CES this year, Samsung is showcasing its continued commitment to fighting climate change through its most recent initiatives to increase resource circulation as well as the goods and technologies it has developed to foster an eco-conscious tech environment.
2. The Evolved SmartThings Platform: Bringing Hyper-Connected Experiences to All
Samsung's own smart home platform, SmartThings, has developed into more than just a connected home solution; it is now a brand for integrated experiences. The Samsung offering is being displayed at CES through a total of six daily connection experiences, bringing together the SmartThings platform, which connects products and other smart home objects, Bixby, which offers AI services beyond just voice commands, and Knox, which safely manages and protects users' personal information.
SmartThings, Knox, and Bixby all make use of cutting-edge technologies that will enhance user device connectivity, controllability, and customization experiences for more all-encompassing connected living. Samsung hopes to improve people's lives in all facets of their lifestyles by combining the three platforms, demonstrating its 2023 vision for a new era of linked living.
Throughout order to create a better future for everyone, Samsung's new environmental management strategy incorporates ethical management practises together with environmental strategies in all value and supply chains.
In order to build thriving, sustainable, and interconnected ecosystems of connected devices, Samsung will keep acting on its willingness to realize true sustainability in all of its manifestations.
